A downtown Wilmette cafe on Central Avenue offering espresso, tea, made-from-scratch sandwiches, salads, and quiches near the Metra station.
“Central Station is the village square cafe Wilmette deserves. Coffee, tea, and a real lunch menu — quiches and sandwiches that go beyond the usual pastry case. Steps from the Metra, so it doubles as a commuter pit stop.”
Their quiche is the move. Excellent lunch spot, not just coffee.

Love trying out new coffee places. Got their avocado toast and iced matcha pitaya latte. Not overly sweet. Not sure if there were size options but got a bigger glass than my sisters and it was very filling. Would definitely have gotten the smaller option if available.tried a tad of my sisters chickpea salad and was also flavorful
I love the atmosphere of this cute little cafe in downtown wilmette. It feels cozy, home-y, and made with love. There were unique drink options and I tried the spiced vanilla latte which was good, but not insane. Just a simple cute coffee shop with decent coffee. They also have many food items and a small bakery that looked delicious. The inside looks perfect for getting together with a friend or for a solo date and getting work done. Prices are decent as well! Great place to check out! ☕️☺️💞👌
My favorite coffee shop in Wilmette! The atmosphere is everything I want in a local coffee shop. I haven't tried many different food items (I'm a creature of habit, and always get my favorite) but what I have had is always excellent. The service is wonderful, and everyone who works there always is so friendly and looks like they enjoy the work. The patio out back is my favorite place to sit.
First time checking this place out, and I’ve got to say the Americano was excellent. Straight up bold and smooth, just how it should be. They’ve got real baristas here, not some unionizing button-pushers like those other places with the mermaid, and that’s something I really appreciate. Love supporting local businesses and staying away from the corporate coffee chains. The vibe is solid, laid back but still professional, making it a great spot to either grab a quick coffee or chill for a bit. If you’re after quality and authenticity, this place is definitely worth the visit.
Every time I go there, it feels like home. The atmosphere is warm and the coffee is delicious. Highly recommend!
